Happy Birthday Dad
We miss you so much but we are so thankful for the positive influence you had on all of our lives. As I get older it becomes very clear just how great of a person and father that you were. I hope I can just be half the person you were. I love you.

I couldn't agree more. He always treated me like his own daughter and loved me just the same. We are all better people to have had him in our lives.

Wayne was a great friend to us and to everyone who crossed his path. We all miss him but are so fortunate to have known him for the time he had on this earth.

He is not only great in memory but even greater in life. No other person has ever been a more caring, concerned, heart felt friend to me as your Dad. I'll forever think of Wayne and Helen as big Brother and big Sister who never failed to make me feel as welcomed in their home, family, and activities as anyone ever could. My life is enriched for knowing all the Hawkins in this life and you all will be among the first I look for in the next. To say this with love doesn't seem to be nearly enough.
